What natural skincare means at Thank Me Now

Natural skincare should come with clear information, not just reassuring words. Here is what we mean at Thank Me Now, and what our claims do not promise.

What “natural” means to us

Our skincare is made in the UK, responsibly crafted with locally sourced ingredients, vegan and cruelty-free. These are the commitments behind our approach, not a claim that every ingredient is UK-grown or that every formula is entirely unprocessed.

“Natural” is not a promise of suitability for every skin type, a clinical result or an independent certification. Check each product’s ingredient list and directions when choosing your skincare.

Preservatives and testing

We do not use “natural” to mean preservative-free. This page makes no blanket claim about preservative systems, laboratory testing or clinical approval. For details about a particular formula’s preservatives or testing, please ask us before buying.

Ingredients avoided and our free-from wording

Our existing wording describes a natural formulation as “free from excessive processing”. This describes processing, not a list of excluded ingredients, and should not be read as a promise that every product is free from preservatives, fragrance or allergens.

For ingredients you wish to avoid, check the individual product’s full ingredient list. If anything is unclear, ask us about that product rather than relying on the word “natural”.

Patch testing

Before introducing a new product, follow its directions and patch-test first. Introduce one new product at a time and stop using it if irritation occurs. A patch test is not a guarantee that a reaction will not happen.
