Morning

  1. Gel cleanser.
  2. Vitamin C serum for antioxidant defence.
  3. Lightweight oil-free moisturiser.
  4. SPF 50 (reapply every 2–3 hours outdoors).

Evening

  1. Double cleanse (remove sweat + SPF).
  2. Niacinamide to balance oil.
  3. Light gel moisturiser.

Tip: Keep a facial mist in the fridge for instant refresh on hot days.
