Morning

- Vitamin C serum for antioxidant defence.
- Lightweight oil-free moisturiser.
- SPF 50 (reapply every 2–3 hours outdoors).
Evening
- Double cleanse (remove sweat + SPF).
- Niacinamide to balance oil.
- Light gel moisturiser.
Tip: Keep a facial mist in the fridge for instant refresh on hot days.
