Anti-Ageing Routine (AM/PM)

Morning

  1. Cleanse (gentle, non-stripping).
  2. Vitamin C serum for brightness + antioxidant defense.
  3. Niacinamide (optional) to support barrier and even tone.
  4. Moisturiser (look for Ceramides + Peptides).
  5. SPF 30+ broad-spectrum, every day.

Evening

  1. Cleanse (double cleanse if wearing makeup/SPF).
  2. Retinol or retinoid 2–4x/week (alternate nights).
  3. Hydration layer: Hyaluronic Acid.
  4. Moisturiser to seal (ceramides/peptides).

Tip: Introduce retinol slowly (1–2 nights/week) and buffer with moisturiser if sensitive.
