Morning
- Cleanse (gentle, non-stripping).
- Vitamin C serum for brightness + antioxidant defense.
- Niacinamide (optional) to support barrier and even tone.
- Moisturiser (look for Ceramides + Peptides).
- SPF 30+ broad-spectrum, every day.
Evening
- Cleanse (double cleanse if wearing makeup/SPF).
- Retinol or retinoid 2–4x/week (alternate nights).
- Hydration layer: Hyaluronic Acid.
- Moisturiser to seal (ceramides/peptides).
Tip: Introduce retinol slowly (1–2 nights/week) and buffer with moisturiser if sensitive.
